Six Sigma: Yellow Belt Training
Course Description
This is an introductory course which explains the fundamental aspects of six sigma and the define-measure-analyse-improve-control (DMAIC) methodology, and how it may be applied to a variety of business processes. A key objective of Yellow Belt training is to enable and motivate all personnel in the organisation to become active supporters and contributors within the six sigma strategy. (Our course tutors are certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Black Belt.)
Duration/Delivery Mode
Typically 2 days (1 day executive / overview sessions can be delivered to suit your needs).
Target Audience
Multi-disciplinary: Personnel from all functions, who will support or contribute to a six sigma project. Executive level / overview sessions can be developed to meet the needs of specific personnel.

Six Sigma: Green Belt Training
Course Description
Green Belts have a key role within the six sigma programme. Typically a Green Belt will lead a six sigma project in their work area, or contribute to a project led by a Black Belt. This course includes all of the content of the Yellow Belt training and extends the learning to a wider range of methods, tools and techniques. On completion of Green Belt training a candidate may extend their learning to Black Belt level. (Our course tutors are certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Black Belt.)
Duration/Delivery Mode
Typically 8 days, with a delivery pattern distributed over several weeks. (Note: To achieve certification as a Green Belt, a candidate must complete a satisfactory six sigma project.)

Multi-disciplinary: Personnel from all functions, who will actively lead, or contribute to a six sigma project.

Six Sigma: Black Belt Training
Course Description
Black Belts have a major role within a six sigma programme. Often on a full-time basis, a Black Belt will lead and deliver a number of six sigma projects over a period of time, achieving significant gains. This course includes all of the content of the Green Belt training and extends the learning to a wider range of methods, tools and techniques. (Our course tutors are certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Black Belt).
Duration/Delivery Mode
Typically 20 days (or an extension of 12 days to the Green Belt training) with a delivery pattern distributed over a number of months. (Note: To achieve certification as a Black Belt, a candidate must complete a satisfactory six sigma project.)
Target Audience
Multi-disciplinary: Personnel from all functions, who will actively lead six sigma projects.
