Statistical Process Control (SPC) - Foundation Level

Course Description
This course illustrates the benefits of monitoring a process in real time for problem solving, improvement and ongoing management. The course is applicable to a wide range of business process situations where data is used to understand the performance of both manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes.

Typically 2 days.

Target Audience
Quality technicians, continual improvement practitioners, laboratory personnel, engineers and team leaders who are involved in
setting-up and interpreting control charts and computing capability indices. Also, those personnel who need to understand the
principles and terminology in order to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and other personnel.
